Return & Exchange Policy

Our Commitment

At Confi, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we're here to help with returns and exchanges.

Return Eligibility

You may return items within 7 days of delivery if they meet the following conditions:

• Items are unused, unworn, and unwashed
• All original tags and labels are attached
• Items are in original packaging
• You have the original receipt or proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

• Intimate apparel and swimwear
• Items marked as "Final Sale"
• Gift cards
• Items damaged due to misuse

How to Return

Exchanges

If you need a different size or color, we're happy to help! Follow the same return process and mention that you'd like an exchange. We'll process your exchange as soon as we receive the returned item.

Note: Exchanges are subject to availability. If your preferred item is out of stock, we'll issue a refund instead.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you via email. If approved:

• Bank Transfer/PayHere: Refund within 5-7 business days
• Cash on Delivery: Refund via bank transfer (provide account details)

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos of:

• The damaged item
• The packaging
• The shipping label

We'll arrange a free pickup and provide a full refund or replacement at no additional cost.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless:

• The item is defective or damaged
• We sent the wrong item
• The item significantly differs from the description
